Through the "Ufunguo Scholarship" programme, an initiative of local and international organizations, IAT has sponsored more than 17,000 needy Kenyans youth to study ICT courses at IAT. Recently, Advanced Web Design was included amongst the courses to be sponsored. Hitherto the courses sponsored were limited to ICDL, User Support, Network Support, Internet Support, Certificate in Computer Programming and Web Design 1.
The scholarships are awarded under
