The Bachelor of Business Administration and Management is approved by St. Paul's University senate and offered through the joint collaboration at IAT. The course has a strong emphasis in management of businesses and entrepreneurship.
This course will prepare participants to be self-reliant with skills and managerial capacity to mobilize resources for development especially in the rural areas where the majority of Kenyans live.
The program is based on strong Christian principles values which the graduate will be expected to practice in the business world. It is expected that the program graduates will act as models to others in the society to live and work for a worthy living in both the urban and the rural areas.
OBJECTIVES
1. Produce graduates who will work with rural and urban communities to enable them take responsibility over their own development. 2. Produce graduates who will increase managerial and leadership skills in public service, the private sector, NGO's, educational, health, religious, financial institutions 3. Provide quality undergraduate instructions in Business Administration and to enable those capable and interested to pursue post-graduate studies.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
1. Mean Grade of C+ in KCSE 2. Two Principal passes in "A" level 3. Diploma Holders in relevant areas, with credit passes and above
NOTE: BBA SPECIAL ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (S.E.E)
For admission to the BBA programme under S.E.E, the applicants must have attained the age of 25 years and must sit for St. Paul's Special Entrance Examination (S.E.E), and obtain at least 40% in the examination.
