The Bachelor of Business and Information Technology (BBIT) programme is jointly developed by St. Paul's University and IAT. It is approved by St. Paul's University senate and offered through the joint collaboration at IAT.

The course equips graduates with both business management skills and skills in information technology. It combines the key aspects of Information Technology (covering areas such as software development, communications and networking, security, systems analysis, databases, etc.) with the key facets of business such as accounting, operations management, organization behavior, etc.

This combination of skills and knowledge prepares graduates to be immediately productive in the modern work environment.

OBJECTIVES

1. To acquire appropriate business and information technology skills to enable them become globally competitive practitioners and entrepreneurs

2. For careers in public service, the private sector NGO's, educational, health, religious, financial and government institutions;

3. Undertake research and postgraduate studies in related areas of specialization.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. C+ in KCSE with a 'C' in Math & English or any other numerical subject.

2. Two Principal passes in "A" level.

3. Diploma Holders in relevant areas, with credit passes and above.
